Being a successful Self-Published author is no longer unique these days, however self-made success is always an inspiration to hear. Nearly a decade ago, the secrecy to Bernice’s existence and passionate investigation leading to layers upon layers of buried information is what inspired Cheri and John to write the non-fiction book trilogy about it.
The long buried information about Bernice and others surrounding her life in the 1930′s revealed layers upon layers as if 234 years exhaled into to the light so to speak.
Cheri and John have never written a book before, but this was too exciting not to write about it. Offers from major publishing houses came in but due to the sensitive nature of this incredible story being told truthfully, they wanted control over editing their own content so they passed on all the offers at that time.
Editing, Graphics, printing were all done at an affordable cost. Next they placed the books on Amazon and in eBook format, walked the books into Waldenbooks, libraries, boutique book stores, did a book launch event and eventually 5 months into it hired a publicist to assist with publicity and marketing. They’ve sold nearly 4500 books within their first year.
John Scarano is the first-generation American son of Italian immigrants and a native of South Plainfield, New Jersey. He served his country during the Vietnam conflict as an enlisted man with the United States Marine Corps. He has studied metaphysics for over forty years and currently teaches private classes on these subjects with his partner, Cheri Mancuso. He is clairsentient, clairaudient and is a Reiki Master.
Cheri Mancuso was born in Salamanca, NY. She has earned a stellar reputation in the field of metaphysics, primarily as a psychic medium, healer and teacher. She has successfully worked with police in NY and LA to solve numerous cases involving homicides and missing persons. Additionally, executives, politicians, celebrities, sports figures, entrepreneur’s alike seek her out for her uncanny accuracy in the world of business.
Cheri Mancuso has been featured in LA Confidential Magazine, W Magazine (The A list), has well as numerous TV and Radio shows.
Cheri and John split their residence between Los Angeles, California and upstate New York.
