This garden room is delivered fully pre-wired and requires a single 120/240V, 100-amp feeder connection from your main electrical panel.

Power is supplied via a 100A double-pole breaker using #3 copper conductors (or equivalent) run to the integrated subpanel.

Factory Pre-Wiring

All internal electrical components are completed at the factory and consolidated into a central subpanel, including:

Each unit includes a factory-installed 100-amp subpanel, allowing for a clean, single-point electrical connection on-site.

Your sauna arrives fully assembled and is placed directly onto your prepared foundation. When required, we utilize specialized Mule equipment to navigate tight access areas and ensure precise placement.

To ensure a seamless installation experience, the site must be fully prepared and accessible prior to delivery. This includes clear access for our truck and trailer or Mule equipment.
