Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Cold Spring, every structure is custom built to order specifically for each customer. Because of the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any custom-built structures or made-to-order products.

We currently sell and ship within the Continental United States only.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order prior to production beginning. Approved cancellations before production begins are subject to a 4% processing fee to cover payment processing, administrative, and transaction costs already incurred.

Production slots, engineering, material sourcing, scheduling, and manufacturing preparation begin shortly after an order is placed. Once production has started, all sales are considered final.

Cancellation requests submitted after production begins are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed approval. If a cancellation is approved after production has started, the customer will remain responsible for all costs incurred up to that point, including but not limited to:

• Production labor
• Materials ordered or used
• Engineering or design work
• Shipping or logistics expenses
• Storage fees
• Administrative and processing costs

Returns

Due to the custom-built and made-to-order nature of our structures, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

Refusal of delivery does not qualify as an approved return or cancellation.

In certain situations, and entirely at our discretion, we may attempt to help re-home or resell a completed structure on behalf of a customer. However, this is not guaranteed and may take time depending on product specifications, market demand, seasonality, and customization level.

Any resale or re-homing effort may still be subject to transportation, storage, marketing, administrative, discounting, or other associated costs, which remain the responsibility of the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
