Power is supplied via a 100A double-pole breaker using #3 copper conductors (or equivalent) run to the integrated subpanel.

Every delivery is handled with the same level of care and precision used during construction.

Upon arrival, your structure is carefully offloaded and placed directly onto your prepared foundation. Included with all deliveries, we use specialized Mule equipment to navigate tight spaces and ensure accurate placement exactly where you want it.

SHIPPING COVERAGE

Free shipping is included for qualifying garden room models within a 1,000-mile radius of ZIP code 21740.

For locations beyond this range, delivery is quoted based on distance and size and typically runs at approximately $5-$10 per mile beyond the included radius. Please reach out to our team for a precise quote based on your location and structure.

Custom-sized units may not qualify for free shipping. Our team will always work to optimize delivery logistics and minimize cost wherever possible.

SITE ACCESS & PLACEMENT

A smooth delivery depends on proper site preparation and accessibility. Your site must be fully ready prior to arrival, including:
